Hello! I am a teacher, writer and coach. In 2008 I completed my training with the Romana’s Pilates Certification program in New York City . From there I went on to complete my Bachelor's Degree from New York University where I focused on studying the Ancient Medicine and Holistic Philosophies. During my time at NYU I also trained with the Bridge Coaching Institute and completed her certification in life coaching in 2012. I soon began coaching friends, family and clients through their relationship and lifestyle journeys. I have since used life coaching methods to navigate my own life and dating experiences in particular. In 2015, I wrote the book “A Single Lady’s Guide to Dating”, as a culmination of my experiences as a single woman in a global world. Today, I continue to teach Pilates, write, and coach from my home in New York City where I live with my boyfriend.
I coach students in a holistic approach to SAT and ACT prep and academics. My work with students is informed by influences such as mindfulness, meditation, and psychology. My book "Acing It! A Mindful Guide to Maximum Results on Your College Admissions Test" is available on Amazon.
Hi! I’m Caitlin. My mission is to help people let out their light. To live healthy, joyful lives of purpose. I have a diverse background including social entrepreneurship, non-profit leadership, energy healing, and herbal medicine and love helping people who are ready for transformation. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, express their authentic selves, and listen to the wisdom of the body. Coaching makes me feel alive. So do dancing and hanging out with plants. As a trained herbalist, I am also available for herbal wellness consultations.
In 2015 I was diagnosed with Colon Cancer stage IV, had tumor surgery and healed myself afterwards with natural cures, high dose supplements and a healthy diet consisting of vegetables and fruit and lots of organic tea. It only took me 4 months to be diagnosed completely free of cancer till today. I strongly believe my cancer will never come back as I have eliminated all the factors that lead to it - mainly toxic relationships.
My cancer story is on my blog http://www.vianovalife.com/category/cancer-victory/ along with other articles on cancer. The entire story along with a lot of information around Big Pharma and how I healed myself with Shamanic wisdom you can find here: http://www.vianovalife.com/gravity-landing/victoryovercancerisadecision/

Dr. Michele Ross is Founder and Executive Director of the Denver-based cannabis research & education 501c3 nonprofit IMPACT Network.
As a neuroscientist, she was frustrated by the lack of education on the endocannabinoid system both doctors and scientists received, despite medical cannabis being used by millions of patients nationwide. In 2013, she founded the "Endocannabinoid Deficiency Foundation," now known as IMPACT Network, with the mission to drive clinical research on cannabis for women’s health.
Dr. Ross is both a cannabinoid medicine researcher and a cannabis patient. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, neuropathy, and chronic pelvic pain, cannabis was the only thing that reduced her symptoms and allowed her to return to work. After hearing thousands of extraordinary patient stories just like hers, Dr. Ross was compelled to ensure cannabis becomes part of the American healthcare system.
Dr. Ross is a proud advocate of botanical and psychedelic medicine, and has formulated and marketed nutraceuticals for companies around the globe. She has also been a leader in digital health and education, crafting continuing medical education for health professionals as well as creating online communities for patients. She is also author of two books, “Train Your Brain to Get Thin” and “Vitamin Weed: A 4-Step Plan to Prevent and Reverse Endocannabinoid Deficiency.” Dr. Ross holds a Doctorate in Neuroscience from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and has researched addiction, mental health, and psychopharmacology for over a decade.
Today, IMPACT Network is the leading medical cannabis research and education organization for women, with global reach to a worldwide medical cannabis community of patients, healthcare professionals, and clinical partners. To donate or learn more about IMPACT Network, visit www.impactcannabis.org.
