How It Works

I call it the “instant face lift”! I highly recommend adding a headstand, even a downward “facing” dog or two to your daily ritual. Research shows that inverting your heart over your head - positioning part or all of the body upside down - strengthens and stimulates the circulatory system, sending oxygen and nutrients to the skin cells. Also, any kind of inversion gives your vital organs a break and helps fight the effects of gravity.
