Story

It was the combination of repetitive motion tissue injury and an acute soft tissue injury that brought me to Graston. I had an old pec minor tear and adhesions in some of the surrounding shoulder girdle fascia as well as newly strained bicep muscle and tendons with underlying hypertonic flexors in the same arm, all of which was adding up to constant pain and weakness. A friend told me her sports chiropractor used the technique and it was really helping her. And now, it is totally saving me!  In just one session there was massive improvement in pain relief, mobility and strength.
