How It Works

I've battled with insomnia for years. It's a frustrating feeling watching the clock and thinking "if I fall asleep NOW, I'll get x hours....ok, if I fall asleep NOW..." When I was introduced to CBD as being a helpful sleep aid, I was more than ready to give it a shot.

There are studies that have shown CBD can help you get a better night's sleep. Known for its ability to ease pain and calm anxiety, it's no wonder CBD helps get me to sleep. I don't have to worry about a high or unwanted side effects that traditional sleep medication can cause. It's a natural, non-habit forming alternative that has saved me countless nights of staring at the ceiling. I'm able relax more and turn off the anxious thoughts that use to run through my mind as soon as I hit the pillow. I don't feel the weight of the day causing me stress. I'm actually able to feel comfortable in my bed, sometimes catching up on a little tv or reading, then put the day to rest as I fall asleep. I can look forward to feeling refreshed in the morning.
