Make a "To Do" List for the Universe
How It Works
Need some help? Want to manifest?
Write "To Do List" at the top of a piece of paper. Below the header, draw a line down the middle. On the left side, at the top, write "ME." On the right side write, "UNIVERSE." Now simply fill out on the left side what you need to get done-- errands, homework, writing for your blog, etc. On the right side, list everything you would like to manifest-- what you want to happen in your life or where you can use some help. Like--help energize Nutmeg Aspirin to help millions of people to feel, get and be better. Or it can be something like help me to feel at peace. Or up my joy. Or help my son to focus and ace his exams. Restore me to perfect health...
You get the picture, but like any manifestation technique...you have to trust that the "universe" or whatever you want to call it, has your back and is here to help.

Story
The "To Do List" technique was taught to me by Jenny Lethbridge, an energy healer. I have worked with Jenny for years and she has given me many tools to help me through stressful times. This was one she shared with me years ago. I used it for awhile and then like many techniques, I moved on to the next one, but recently I found some old journals with my "To Do Lists." I reread them and was amazed with how much of what I had listed has come to fruition... including Nutmeg Aspirin! Years ago, I simply asked the Universe to co-create with me a business that would help people to heal...help them to feel better as well as give them a sense of community and that they are not alone. AND although it took time, that is exactly what I have created!
But it is important to note, as this is key, I did not ask the universe to help me create "Nutmeg Aspirin". I did not name the business or the even the semantics of the biz, instead I was purposefully non-specific. I focused on characteristics, core values, qualities, or intentions.
Thanks to Jenny, she had taught me to be broad in intent because why wish for X when the Universe might be thinking much bigger and better! Her example at the time has always stayed with me--
Let's say you have a crush on someone and you want to manifest that person as "the one" but, rather than name the person, it is better to write on your "To Do" list, something more general like--help me meet a life partner that embodies love, laughter, peace, intelligence... the qualities. Perhaps the person you like possesses those qualities, but by keeping the manifestation general as opposed to naming the person, the Universe might have someone even better suited for you.
AND like all manifestation techniques...wait. Manifestation can often take time..a LONG time, but trust. My journals are proof that this technique or any other manifestation technique that resonates for you, really do work.

I like this - though I find some things are hard to decipher what is "ME"and what belongs to the universe. And in many cases, they go together - like to your example, you could desire to meet that partner, but deep down you know that YOU need to be ready for that to happen and once you are, then the universe will follow your lead and do what it needs to. So you might in that instance draw the lines from left to right and connect the two as they go together. Thank you for this.
Good point but maybe put on the to do for the universe— help me to do the work so that I may be ready to meet or connect with someone as a life partner. Then on your list— maybe write- find a therapist, meditate, be more honest with myself. Yes, the line can be blurred but I would not get too bogged down in drawing the line as no doubt, the universe will help you accomplish tasks on both sides of the line. I think the point of spelling it out is to send the signal that you want the help!!
