How It Works
When I meditate I can change my inner state. I feel refreshed. I gain clarity. Aches and pains dissolve.
Sit quietly with feet planted on the floor or folded underneath you. Make sure your spine is straight. . .Close your eyes. Focus on your breath as you breath in. And as you breathe out. Just keep going. . .deeper and deeper and deeper.
