In my free time, I love going to the beach and surfing or hiking. I used to live a hectic city life, living in New York City, but one of the main reasons I recently moved out was to be closer to nature in my everyday life – which I think is extremely beneficial to everyone's health!

How It Works

When I meditate I can change my inner state. I feel refreshed. I gain clarity. Aches and pains dissolve.

 

Sit quietly with feet planted on the floor or folded underneath you. Make sure your spine is straight. . .Close your eyes. Focus on your breath as you breath in. And as you breathe out. Just keep going. . .deeper and deeper and deeper.

Story

I've been meditating dialy for 22 years. Sometimes when I do a healing people ask me how I can transmit the peace and love they experience. The answer is simple; I meditate.
