Sooth sore throats with Honey, Lemon, and Coconut oil syrup


How It Works

Local honey is a known immune booster. 

Lemons are one of the most important antioxidants in nature, they have unique phytonutrient properties and are excellent sources of vitamin C.

The antioxidant properties of Coconut oil come from its saturated fats like Capric Acid, Caprylic Acid, Caproic Acid, and Myristic Acid. And Coconut oil eases inflammation.

3 tbsp Lemon Juice

¼ cup raw honey

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 pinches of sea salt
