How It Works

When you start to feel like you're coming down with a cold, take 6 wellness formula capsules every 3 hours. You can find it at most health food stores in NYC, Wholefoods, and online via Amazon. If you start this regimen in time, you can avoid the cold altogether. If you start taking Wellness Formula after you're already sick, it could make the difference between functioning and bed-ridden. (It does for me, anyway.) It should at very least shorten the number of days that you spend feeling sick.

Story

I first found out about Wellness Formula around 5 years ago, when I was struggling with a cold and couldn't find coverage for my waitressing shift. I was desperate for something to make me feel less shitty, more functional, and less gross (nobody wants their food served by someone with a runny nose), so I stopped at the local health food store and asked the guy manning the vitamin and supplement section what I could take. Without hesitation he pointed me to Wellness Formula, and it has been my go-to ever since. If I’m sick, it makes the difference between me needing to stay in bed all day and me feeling decent enough to be productive. If I’m getting sick and start taking it at first signs of onset, I can sometimes avoid the cold altogether.

it is by far the best thing to keep sickness at bay. I have taken for years and I had horrible immunity . now I take every day and I stay healthy throughout flu season!

I've used this for years. When working in retail preparing for holiday sales, I needed to strengthen my immune system
to fight off all the germs in the air from everyone coming in to shop, some of them sick, coughing and sneezing with no consideration for others by covering their mouths or blowing their noses.
Wellness Formula is the only supplement that does the trick. I would start taking it in October and right through February or March. Also important. Avoid all milk products too, mucous.

Glad to hear it works for you too :)
And, yes – you're right about the miIk products and mucous. I've noticed a big difference with that too!

I use Wellness Formula too and think it's fantastic. At the fist sign of a cold I take 3 pills and drastically limit my carbs. I also avoid any sugar & dairy which only impairs your immune system and feeds the infection.

I avoid sugar and dairy but didn't think to limit carbs. Will definitely consider that next time I feel a cold coming on.
