How It Works

Hands down, everyone is obsessed with my cookies. Not trying to brag, but they are just that good and the best part??? They are GLUTEN free, DAIRY free, and SUGAR free ( well, that all depends on whether you decide to go for the organic dark chocolate chips!) Whether you add the chips or not, either way, they satisfy all cravings for something delicious as a snack or dessert!

The recipe:

Combine all ingredients listed below (except the chocolate chips) into a Cuisinart. Blend. Mix in the chocolate chips or not...you decide! Then bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

They are also amazing frozen.

Enjoy!

Story

A store near my home sold a version of these cookies that I loved, but sadly they went out of business. Determined to not be deprived of such tasty goodness, I kept working the recipe until I got it right.

When you say a bag of almond flour - is that one pound or about 500g?

It is 22 ounces according to my bag of Bob’s Redmill. Can’t you tell I am not a natural cook?!😜

Yum! Can't wait to try this. For people who want the chocolate taste but can't have sugar (or are just avoiding it), try adding cacao nibs instead of the chocolate chips – that's what I plan to do :)
