How It Works

Turmeric isn't just for curry and lattes, this vibrant spice is your new secret weapon for glowing skin. Packed with anti-inflammatory powers, the healing properties of turmeric work both inside and out.

Pamper yourself with this simple DIY face mask and allow this spice to work its magic. Turmeric provides antioxidants which slow down cell aging, it heals and supports acne, dry skin, psoriasis and eczema and it even works to reduce hyper-pigmentation and even out your skin tone.

How to make: 2 tbsp unpasteurized honey + 2 tsp organic turmeric powder

How to use: Mix well and apply a thin layer to clean skin using a makeup brush. Leave on for 20-minutes, then rinse off and follow with a natural cleanser and facial oil or serum.

Does it stain? Be sure to only apply a thin layer. This turmeric mask won’t turn your face yellow or orange – but the more you pile on the greater your chances of staining (less is more). Be careful of your neck, where the skin is thinner. You may notice some staining on your hands, but this will wash off easily.
