How It Works
Acid reflux is not a common issue for me, but a little over a week ago I was suffering from it, and baking soda gave me immediate relief. I combined one teaspoon of baking soda with eight ounces of water and drank it down while it was fizzing. I felt better within a couple of minutes.

Story
After Christmas Eve (aka: after a few consecutive days of consuming things beyond my normal diet) I had acid reflux and didn't know what to do about it. It was late at night and I didn't want to go to the pharmacy, so I googled natural remedies. This baking soda and water fix was on the list – and I had the ingredients in – so I gave it a try. It worked great, and quickly.
