Choffy and collagen for afternoon pick me up and bone health
How It Works
When you need a pick me up in the afternoon. The collagen gives you masses of protein up to 20 grams for practically no calories, up to 70, and tons of amino acids and good bone building stuff.
Choffy is chocolate beans processed like coffee but without that caffeinated hit.
Use a french press and make the choffy strong allow it sit for a few minutes. Stir a little hot water into the cup with the collagen to melt it. Pour the Choffy over the collagen, stir and drink. It is awesome and will keep you going through to dinner time.
