I created Tournesol in 2013 as a groundbreaking holistic wellness center in New York City. My mission is to empower people with deep self-awareness and customized self-regulation skills to thrive throughout a lifetime. 

Tournesol is French for sunflower and literally means “turn toward the sun.” Tournesol is a metaphor for my own healing journey that led me from devastating divorce to Founder & CEO of my own magnificent life. It is my promise that everyone who joins the Tournesol community leaves knowing how to turn toward the sun and empowered to choose a path that provides light, possibilities and hope.
