I have a very serious case of poison ivy. Any recommendations?
Its on one big patch on my arm, popping up on stomach. Open to all medical options.
What do you think?

I used black tea to help relieve a bad eczema outbreak once, and I remember reading it worked for poison ivy too. All I did was brew some strong black tea (like 3 tea bags in a 12-oz mug) and then once it cooled I dipped cotton swabs in it, put it on my skin, and then let it dry... it helped decrease the inflammation (thanks to the tannins) and it was pretty soothing. Also, not necessarily anti-inflammatory or curing, but definitely soothing and anti-itch: cold compresses with cool milk! Good luck!
Maybe this can help?!
