How It Works
Just so everyone knows: You can use Activated Charcoal capsules to whiten your teeth and you don't have to spend $30 bucks for this toothpaste people are marketing. Works just the same. 👌🏻🙌🏻

Story
I've been using this method for years.
For natural teeth whitening and for a face mask.
For your teeth: Open the capsule and empty into your mouth. DO NOT SWALLOW.
Swish for 10-15 minutes and spit out. You will need floss and brush your teeth after to get the black out of your mouth.
It also helps with Tartar buildup inbetween dentist appointments.
For your face: Use one capsule, one packet of gelatin and a few drops of water and mix.
Note: This stuff doesn't smell very good but, it's totally worth the final result.
You will wait for the mixture to dry completely then pull off your face.

I am looking forward to trying this. I have sensitive teeth so I am all for natural remedies for whitening. I find the products at the stores are very harsh.
