How It Works

Jump up and down (and up and down and up and down) at a quick pace for one minute – you'll feel a boost in energy immediately (plus you'll give your lymphatic system a nice little massage and release serotonin!).

 

This is great for when you're arriving late to a meeting and don't have time to grab a coffee or your regular energy fix ... and/or if you're trying to energize before going out to a party and don't want the caffeine buzz to keep you up later that night.
