Coconut Cult Yogurt for IBS, Epstein Barr, Chronic Fatigue

How It Works
I have started having 1-2 Tablespoons of Coconut Cult Yogurt every morning (I get mine at Whole Foods and love the creamy coconut flavor.) I have it about half hour or more after my celery juice and prior to eating.

Story
I have noticed that it is a miracle worker for my IBS related constipation (without cramping) and I just feel great all day so it seems to help my Epstein Barr/Chronic fatigue as well. I felt so strongly about it that I had to share. It has amazing gut healing properties including probiotics.
I never found Coconut Cult yogurt to work any better than Anita's Coconut Yogurt Alternative. Also, I think that Anita's is delicious!!
I have never had Anita's so it isn't a comparison. Just an observation on how Coconut Cult works for me!
