How It Works

When the sugar cravings hit, try a teaspoon of your favorite nut butter. Just make sure that the list of other ingredients is clean. No other added ingredients, especially sugar. If you have nut allergies, seed butters can also be used, like sunflower seed butter.

I have a huge sweet tooth, especially in the afternoon! Drinking water can really help me, but sometimes I just need something more. Having a little teaspoon of a clean nut butter really does the trick!
