How It Works

The easiest way is to just open the bottle and breathe it in! You can place a drop into the palm of your hand, rub your hands together, then cup them over your nose and mouth and breath deeply. Alternatively, you can add 1-2 drops in a cup of warm water and sip on it. Start with 1 drop because it is very strong. Both methods work great.

Story

I was traveling home on a packed flight and we were experiencing a very rough landing. The man across from the aisle from me began vomiting. I opened my bottle of DigestZen, which I always travel with, and reached across the aisle to hand it to him. "Sir just hold this under your nose and breathe deeply". He did. The vomiting stopped immediately and he continued to breathe deeply from the bottle until we landed safely on the ground. Once on safe ground, he could not stop thanking me and asking me what I had given him. This stuff works! I have countless stories of how it has saved me while traveling. It is one of the oils in my Digestive Support Sampler Box if you'd like to give it a try.
