Story

I live in Miami and have a very tough commute to work and back. I would get such road rage and nothing was helping. I tried listening to audio books, podcasts, and my favorite jams and nothing was working for me anymore.

That's when I started practicing intentional breathing and finally was able to beat road rage. It's a practice I include every day for a more relaxing and stress-free commute. You can't do anything about the traffic, but you certainly have control over how to react.

You can choose love (and breathing).
