How It Works

After getting too much sun (the same day / as soon as possible / that same night) take an ice cube, hold it in your hand so it melts a little (just enough so that it feels wet), and roll it gently over all the sunburned areas of your skin. When I do this, it helps minimize the redness and the damage. Let your skin air dry and then apply coconut oil so that your skin stays moisturized.
