Meditation to Calm Anxiety!

How It Works
It's quite simple! Download an app called "Calm" from the Apple Store, and click on "7 Days of Calming Anxiety." Do one of these meditations every day, and supplement others from different categories on the app. Additionally, the incredible Jenny Lethbridge has two incredible meditations on youtube. Story
Last week I had a series of 3 panic attacks, and I was completely on edge for 6 days straight. I felt a pressure on my chest, my heart was racing, and sometimes I felt like I couldn't breathe. I reached out to Mara Landis, the nutmeg aspirin Guru, who suggested that I do some serious meditating. So I began meditating using the Calm app and Jenny Lethbridge's youtube videos, and it soothed me more than I could have imagined. It helped me to achieve a new kind of emotional balance, to see my anxiety as simply passing thoughts, as opposed to a completely consuming burden. I meditate four times every day, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
