How It Works
I always feel better when I get my blood circulating. Even if I don't have the time to go to the gym - when I manage to sqeeze in a few minutes to do jumping jacks, planks, or simple stretches my entire body feels energized and rejuvinated.

I have closed my door in my office and done planks behind my desk in between tasks. I don't always find the time, but when I do it is well worth it. Before coffee in the morning I make myself do 50 jumping jacks - and the coffee is my reward.
