Pressing above the center of my upper lip when lightheaded
How It Works
This was a tip passed onto to me as I was explaining to someone that I had fainted a bit ago and the doctors weren't certain whether it was a vagovasal episode or a problem with my heart. Uh uh- not good! Anyway, I was explaining that I often have brief occasions of vertigo or dizziness and I just accepted it as my life and thought the fainting was somehow related to this same condition. This person (thank you so much) said her acupuncturist had suggested you press hard with your finger at the spot above your upper lip and below your nose. Voila! It sounds crazy but it has helped immeasurably!!

Story
A very clever woman (thank you Mara) was listening to my story about my recent health scare and gave me the advice.
