How It Works

Enjoy a soothing cup of loose lavender tea every night to promote restful sleep and to sooth any stomach problems (i.e. nausea, bloating, or gas). This is a safe and effective SEDATIVE. I drink it before bed to help me with my chronic anxiety; which often worsens at bedtime.

 

Add 2 tablespoons of lavender flowers into your tea strainer and then pour boiling water. Steep for at least 15 minutes. Strain and then enjoy!
