How It Works
Separating your toes will help you to develop a wider base to support your body and will allow your toes to work better, enhancing your movement.
All you have to do is put YogaToes toe stretchers between each toe, while sitting or lying down. Start with 5 min at a time and as you get used to it, increase the time, working your way up to one hour.
My husband and I both do this and we feel the difference (his feet are in the photo!).
