When I was 50 years old I was 240 lbs, which was my weight for 30 years. I worked out 3 times a week and one day at the gym a man came up to me and said “do you want a big or small waist?" I answered "SMALL," so he told me to take off the weights and do more reps, otherwise, I would turn the fat into muscle and I’d look like a Sumo wrestler!

He also taught me how to eat: Breakfast like a King and dinner like a pauper! And to not mix starch & protein – in other words, NO HAMBURGERS (especially the cheap fast food restaurants)! The starch turns the protein into sugar and you get no benefits from the protein... Long story short, I now weigh 125 lbs, I’m 73 years old and I feel great 👍.
