Underarm rash?

Any idea what might help? I’ve tried prescription creams, 3 different drs, and currently using apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, tea tree. About to find a better dermatologist. It’s red, itchy … I think it began almost 2 years ago, on & off- now it’s worse.
