How It Works

When you are taking a grueling overseas flight or know you are going to be in a situation where you won't get much sleep, boost your immune system in advance with adaptogens. Adpatogens are natural substances that help your body adapt to situations that are not optimal for your well-being. About 10 days before international travel (or a very stressful time) I take both astragalus and olive leaf tinctures. I keep them next to my sink and fill a dropper 3/x day and add to a small amount of water. Make sure to take them with you on your trip to keep the protocol going while away. There are many others, but these are my favorites.

These sound great! I travel a lot so I'll definitely give this a shot. Just to be clear, you take these orally right? A few drops under the tongue, 3 times a day? Thanks!
