How It Works

The Indian gooseberry, known locally as Amla, is a tree that is famous for its nutrient rich fruits. It has been a common ingredient in the ancient Indian medicinal practice of Ayurveda. It’s a potent source of Vitamin C and also contains iron and calcium.

Amla is virtually a superfruit. It is full of antioxidants that are effective in reducing cell damage. It reduces the effects of free radicals (which are responsible for damaging protein, DNA, and cell membranes) and thus effectively combats the aging process.

Amla Conditioner

- 2 tsp. Amla Powder

- 1 tsp. coconut oil

- 1 tsp. Water

Directions

Mix together vigorously and store in a sealed container overnight.

Apply to your hair the next day for a few hours and wash with a mild shampoo.

I am an avid marathoner and yogi, I sweat a great deal, washing my hair all the time made it dry and damaged. I started using this amla conditioner once a week and I have reversed the aging process of my hair!
