How It Works
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Recognition: Think of something positive that happened each day and then ask yourself “Who was the cause (or involved in) this experience that I could give a Nod to?”
2. Specificity: Ask yourself “What specifically did I like or appreciate about this experience?”
3. Action: Voice it by sharing it with others.
