If you have a headache and food doesn't sound good, head to the store and grab some watermelon and almonds. The watermelon will boost your blood sugar while giving you some extra hydration, and the almonds will give you a bit of protein!

While living in Italy, I have found I've had more headaches than usual because of the international travel and the intense heat. Luckily for me, I live across the street from the biggest produce market in Florence so I ran to grab a snack on my way to class, and later realized my headache was subsiding!
