A health consultant recommended this remedy to me when I was so exhausted, but had to go out. Caffeine keeps me up at night. I never drink it except for my morning cup, but Liquid Kelp works just as well, if not better. I can take it at night and have no problems falling asleep. Within minutes of drinking it, I feel more alert and energized. It works every time.
I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis and found that adding a few drops of liquid kelp to a glass of water every morning really helps me get going. Thanks so much for the tip, super helpful!!
