How It Works

Add 1/2 a dropper to dropper full of Liquid Kelp to a glass of water and drink. The iodine provides energy like caffeine, but without any of coffee’s side effects like jitters or impacting sleep. Liquid Kelp is an easy and very effective way to wake yourself up or give yourself a boost of energy to get through a grueling day or night out.

Story

A health consultant recommended this remedy to me when I was so exhausted, but had to go out. Caffeine keeps me up at night. I never drink it except for my morning cup, but Liquid Kelp works just as well, if not better. I can take it at night and then have no problems falling asleep and within minutes of drinking, I feel more alert and energized. It works every time.

I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis and found that adding a few drops of liquid kelp to a glass of water every morning really helps me get going. Thanks so much for the tip, super helpful!!
