rayraycos: Low acidic diet helps a ton! Stay away from citrus, garlic and onions, especially. Acupuncture also works wonders😊

sivatree_ayurveda: shitali pranayama – a breathing technique. Shita means cold in sanskrit, so this breathing is cooling. You have to roll out your tongue and breathe in and out through it. Very simple and effective 😋🌸

Dana Barger Esquivel: Essential oils like lavender, ginger, peppermint, and lemon are great!
