How It Works

Place 2-3 small drops of Peppermint Essential Oil in the palm of your hand.

Rub together both palms.

Cup your palms and take several deep breaths with mouth open letting the peppermint scent go into your nostrils and your mouth to your lungs.

Rub your palms on the nape of your neck. Also helps with nausea and headaches.

*****IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT LET OIL FROM YOUR HANDS TOUCH YOUR EYES. KEEP HANDS AWAY FROM EYES UNTIL YOU CAN WASH YOUR HANDS.*****

Story

In Colorado, I recently experienced altitude sickness. My ski instructor had a small bottle of Peppermint Essential oil she carries with her at all times. She had me breathe in the aroma of the peppermint - and she had me place some of the oil from my palms on the nape of my neck. The nausea and headache felt better within a minute or two of inhaling the peppermint oil! It was amazing!!
