Reduce muscle soreness and improve muscle recovery with BCAAs

How It Works

It's pretty simple. Before or immediately after an intense workout, take two 1000mg capsules of Branch chained amino acids (BCAA), readily found on Amazon or any health store. You will notice a reduction in delayed onset muscle soreness immediately.

Pay special attention to "morning after" soreness. I find that the multi-day, lingering sluggishness is completely gone when I take BCAA. Try it and see if it works!

Story

I'm a bit of masochist when it comes to working out. I like to feel like I'm working out and have done a mixture of CrossFit, Bikram Yoga, and Olympic Lifting for the past 8 years. Apart from good eating, good sleeping, rolling our your muscles, BCAA is the main supplement I continue to take and recommend to friends looking to reduce muscle soreness.
