How It Works

I alternate 4 different types of herbal sleep teas to help me sleep.

I like Gaia Sleep and Relax, Organic India Tulsi Sleep Tea, Traditional Nighty Night and Yogi Soothing Caramel Bedtime tea. I also take 1000mg of magnesium 30 min before before bedtime.

Best to double the tea bags and let steep for 10 min.
