CHRONIC STY IN THE EYE
Create a spritzer to use on eye compresses (essential oils should never come in direct contact with the eyes). Combine a small squirt of natural baby shampoo with 2 drops Rosemary Highland and 2 drops Helichrysum essential oils at the bottom of a 30 ml spray bottle. Fill the bottle with either Witch Hazel, Helichrysum Hydrosol or Distilled Water. Shake well.
TO USE:
- First, gently & carefully cleanse the eye area with a natural baby shampoo
- Soak two cotton pads with your Spritzer and gently lay them over closed eyes**. Place a heat pad or heated eye compress overtop
- Be mindful not to get essential oil in the eye.
