How It Works

Black elderberry is thought to be an immunity booster. I take Sambucol daily in the wintertime but when I am beginning to feel run down or the beginnings of a cold, I up the dosage to 2 lozenges, twice daily. The key, in my opinion, is following the prescribed dosage and keep it going.

We take a tablespoon of elderberry syrup every.single.day! It's a yummy immunity-boosting concoction of raw organic honey, organic elderberries, & select spices!

I use Sambucol all the time at the first hint of a cold. It really helps to either thwart the cold or shorten duration.
