How to unwind after a long day at work


How It Works

This recipe contains the perfect ingredients for a refreshing bath after standing at work or bring hunched over a computer all day!

I usually put around 5-7 drops of lavender essential oil, 3 drops of rosemary essential oil. Adding around 1/2 cup of coconut oil to the bath will act as a detox and help to eliminate toxins. Finally, if you are lucky enough to have them at home, pour a handful of natural dead sea bath salts to help with sore and stiff muscles.

I just had my first lavendar-coconut oil- salt bath, it was fantastic! The coconut oil was a great addition, and I am not someone who even really likes baths. Thank you for the great tip/recipe.
