What's a great midday energy boost?
My energy always feels zapped by 2-3pm. Sometimes I drink green tea but would love other ideas that don't involve caffeine.

Make sure you're getting quality fats with your meals, not carbs/sugar. When the body uses glucose for fuel you'll get that drop in energy a couple of hours after your meal. Look into Bulletproof or the principles of ketogenic diets where your fuel source is from healthy fats. Your energy will be sustained all day! Also, plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Might feel kind of silly, but try jumping up and down for 1 minute straight! Works for me :)
Get yourself a peppermint oil roll on from Saje and apply it to your wrists when you're feeling low energy. Take a couple few long inhales from where you applied it and then massage it gently into your temples and back of neck. Follow this with a green tea or big glass of water and feel energized for the rest of your day :)
